Arrington drops some serious Truth here. Another way of viewing the whole "content needs to be free" issue is to understand that products are commoditized and value is shifting to services. Although they are still not really mainstream, I am a big fan of music subscription services (Napster is my choice), and the personalization they offer. -- KM
