A great move, IMO. One thing I believe in though is that remixing is where professional content production really finds its place on the web; it's the great video editors that are going to be able to make some truly cool stuff out of this. Also, the next and crucial step is to enable four way monetizing: video uploader (in this case, NCAA), video service provider (in this case, Veoh), video remixer, and video republisher (sites that republish videos). At this point, Veoh becomes something more like a government. -- KM
