I mailed my book, Web 2012: Birth of the New World Order, to a bunch of investors. They should be receiving a copy this week -- I imagine some have received it already. This post is for you.

1. First, welcome to Kid Mercury's world!

2. Why did I mail you the book? A few reasons:

a) To sell you on investing in the business plan that saves the world; Here is the text version of the plan; Here is the song version. There is another component that involves RFID, which is what will truly make this idea enter "the real world" and not just exist in some imaginary online community. For kooks that may be reading this who are very wary of RFID -- your vigilance is encouraged and well-warranted. I am confident that kook-friendly solutions leveraging RFID can be created (believe it or not I am a kook! ). As I have noted before, the key is data portability. But anyway, all this will make more sense and will be clearer to see after the web stuff is in place and able to generate the capital needed for the RFID side of things.

b) I was working on the plan to save the world, and have my trading site as a prototype with satisfied users (see testimonials) and a working revenue model. My business partner quit, though, and that's when revenue started to decline.....first slowly, and then more aggressively. As such, I'm now looking for a job, as the site's revenue is on the brink of becoming unable to finance my cost of living, and I don't have additional capital to fall back on (I have some gold and silver and buy a bit more on a monthly basis, but I'm not willing to sell that, and am very interested in continuing to buy more, as I routinely blog about). Accordingly, the book can be thought of as an investment pitch.

c) I focused on sending the book to investors who are in some way participating in the online currency/payments business, as well as investing in online media (particularly blogs), as well as some of the hot shot VCs on Sand Hill Road (because of how influential they are, I wanted to at least get them aware of issues related to the global conspiracy). Companies in your portfolio may be positioned to rebuild global monetary policy and profit from doing so. I would love to be a part of any organization interested in accomplishing that objective, and I think I can make a very meaningful contribution. So, the book can be thought of as a pitch for recruiting me to a portfolio company of yours to help them execute strategies related to rebuilding monetary policy.

d) I'd really like to work on the problem of re-building financial markets so that you guys have an exit for your investments. The business plan that saves the world was designed to eventually lead to new financial markets born out of game economies, but I think there are other, more direct routes that can be pursued, which you guys may be interested in -- but it will likely require you guys (meaning the investment community) working together, basically agreeing to form your own government and your own financial rules. I will simply serve to coordinate and execute. I think my understanding of politics, economics, finance, and technology really make me an ideal candidate for this task. And of course, I take great pride in being incorruptible, immune to both bribes and threats.

If this last element (item d) sounds interesting, note that it does require a willingness on the part of investors to subvert/circumvent legal systems in a way -- to participate in strategies designed to precisely that. If you can understand that authority is not truth, but rather truth is authority, than we will be on the same page. Or, as Thomas Jefferson said, "Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God." Don't get it twisted, I'm not talking about violence or property destruction or theft or anything like that.

So, the book can also be thought of as a pitch to sell you on that idea -- using me to build alternative financial markets for you.

Lastly, I am fully aware that I may seem like a crazy person, even by conspiracy theorist standards. Here are some points I'd like to quickly make to help allay those concerns:

2. I've gotten promoted at every job I've ever had. From back when I was in high school making sandwiches at Subway to when I worked at a currency broker.

3. My brother is an oral surgeon, graduated from Columbia University, totally normal guy. Wife, two kids, lots of friends. He's an image of normal success, almost like the opposite of me. We get along well though, he's a good guy. My parents are EXTREMELY conservative, so that may help explain a lot about me (like you try to put too many rules and traditions....and this is what happens ). I ain't gonna lie to you, the only person crazier than me is my dad, lol. But he too is a good guy, just kinda crazy in a way. He's also extremely hard-working, I take pride in my work ethic but he works harder than I do. He's old too, 66 years old (I'll be 30 in September), I don't know how he does it. I'm more efficient though, I'm a very efficient worker. Anyway, as you guys likely already know, a person's family shapes an individual more than anything else, it's not even close. So my family is kinda crazy, but they're good people. And my brother is totally normal and well-adjusted, so that shows there's a lot of normalcy too, in spite of the extreme conservatism.

3. I may seem egotistical or arrogant at times, or like I have an attitude problem. I'd like to point out that those who have the biggest problem with my attitude are those who are least likely to ever stand for the truth or live in cognizance of it. When people do respect the truth, I respect them -- quite a bit, in fact. I understand many people are not educated in these matters, and that is of course understandable (all of us are always in the process of learning more, and I always am supportive of questions asked honestly and opposing views presented with sincerity and awareness), though when individuals are educated and choose to ignore it anyway, or when they simply refuse to learn, I am not sympathetic to them, for I view them as part of the problem. I look down upon them and do not really apologize for this. From my perspective such individuals deserve to be penalized socially for their behavior and I act accordingly. An example might be how we look down upon a murderer or rapist (I realize that is an extreme example, I make it to illustrate the point).

4. With that said, in the case of business, I try to adapt myself to the people I'm dealing with, so that I can work with them to best serve the mission. Of course one must know who to work with and who to cut out, but I do pride myself in adaptability.

5. I also recommend people check out my behavior on my trading site. Hopefully it illustrates my adaptability.

6. I'm open to criticism. I may not always agree, but I will always receive it, as I know it can be a valuable tool in regards to self-improvement.

If I mailed you the book, that means in some way, I have faith in your organization to do something truly remarkable.
