people are going to take your ideas, and a lot more. if they're good, that is.

i don't think you can stop it. there is one clown i was working with who started a copycat web site of mine, literally the whole thing is copied, even parts he disagreed with me on once his stupid ass left and started doing it on his own he realized i was right and then he copied me. lol

i take it as a compliment.

also i think startups should focus more on creating value first, then worrying about protecting it later. first there needs to be something of value to protect.
