i actually feel a little sorry for her. she's only 23 years old, comes from a messed up family, and is in the public spotlight. i wonder if this was her idea or her publicist's or what. the law suit is stupid and irresponsible, but when you have the kind of background she does, stupid and irresponsible things unfortunately become commonplace.
