Well folks, you know keeping an eye on all the big beefs going down at any given moment is one of my great passions in life. And so I am really loving this latest beef between Charlie Sheen and Barack Obama.

Sheen challenges Obama on 9/11. First with a 20 page letter, and now with a video challenge.


The thing that comes to mind from a media studies perspective, is does this actually make a difference? I think it certainly could, although the real tipping point will be when a video like this one from Sheen inspires people to take action. Basically, when that video becomes a meme and inspires unified behavior. That's when I think we'll see how the Internet really enables power to the people.
