The (Near) Death of the State
Rockwell, as usual, as it right: this is about Congress actually representing the people's interest, and not just merrily expanding executive power. A rare victory, though we will need many more, and bigger ones, if the republic is to be restored. I don't think the republic can be restored, and the collapse is going to be quite bad (this is nothing, real collapse hasn't even started yet), but the more Congress puts up a good fight the better off we all are. At the very least, it buys us time. -- KM
