Today is June 5, with the Sun at 14 Gemini -- the exact opposite of 14 Sagittarius, a point known as the Great Attractor. The Great Attractor is generally viewed to be one of the more magnetic and sensitive points in the zodiac, and thus a potential opportunity to influence the collective.
It is with this in mind that I've dropped YET ANOTHER love bomb on all ya'll, as part of Operation LoveSong (see our previous explanation of
what Operation LoveSong is, as well as our post documenting
the inaugural bombing). So, with that in mind, here are our songs to help fight the imposition of a fear-based society through the creation of love -- and, in doing so, bring about the New World Order that we are destined to have, one that is based on Truth and love rather than lies and fear.
Sagittarian Girl. (UPDATE: Here is
Take 2 of the song, played in a different key, which sounds better, and more like what it is supposed to sound like. The text that follows was written after Take 1). Well, I had high hopes for this song, but I don't think I lived up to the expectation I created for myself. It's tough getting the sound you want using a $150 camera with no microphones or audio mixers. Oh well. When I get the time and money to make a studio album, though, it will be massive (like
Be Here Now meets
Use Your Illusion II). Anyway, this is one of the cheesiest songs I've ever written, and I've written a lot of cheesy songs. I quite like it lyrically though, as I think it captures the Sagittarian spirit, particularly the feminine kind. So, use it to strengthen your inner Sagittarian spirit. And if you have a Sagittarian girlfriend, be sure to sing it to her. I feel like someone's gotta be able to get laid off this song. And that's what Operation LoveSong is all about, right?
Making love! LOL. But it has to be done authentically -- otherwise you're just a cheater, and we can't be having that in
Operation LoveSong, now can we?
Aimee Mann, Turn Yourself Into a Brand. Aimee Mann is one of my favorite singer/songwriters -- a truly authentic artist with great lyrics. In this rap song we discuss the future of music, as well as Aimee Mann's brand -- a brand deeply adored by Mann fans! Mann fans should definitely record their own version and contribute it to
Operation LoveSong, so that Aimee's brand can be strengthened, and so that she can remain on the cutting edge of music marketing.
My performance on this one is a bit off; having a bit of trouble nailing the rhythm. I'll return to it later -- but of course, Mann fans should beat me to it and show their love for Aimee's brand by creating their own killer version.
Child Abuse. A healing song I wrote back in 2004. I dedicated this version to victims of child abuse perpetrated by the CIA. Talking about stuff like
Cathy O'Brien's story -- which, while I'm not convinced all of what she says is true, seems to be true from a broad perspective, as there is a ton of evidence and a wide number of credible sources who confirm it -- is nearly impossible in our current society, in light of how much people are conditioned to accept only media that is commercially viable. So here is my attempt at packaging the horrors of child abuse into a more commercially viable format. Maybe someone will look into the dedication and realize the horrors perpetrated by this element of the American government. And from there, down the rabbit hole they go.....
That's all for now -- as always, be sure to get involved in Operation LoveSong by performing a love song. Everything begins with choice, so it's up to you to choose fear or choose love. I assure you, fear is the sucker bet that turns Earth into hell, while love is the winning lottery ticket that turns Earth into heaven. So choose wisely!
