This is another example of how the government seems to be preparing to quell the people. It seems as though are planning something big (economic collapse, terror attacks, etc), expecting a rebellion from the people, and have passed laws and militarized the police to deal with any dissent. The "defense against terror" is really an excuse to wage war on freedom. -- KM
