States consider releasing prisoners to save money

As the federal government's power grabs increasingly go out of control as they try to rob everyone, the state and local governments will feel the pain too (in addition to the American taxpayer, of course). This is part of how things really break down, which, while painful, will be essential to allowing for the creation of the world beyond the nation-state. -- KM
