I wish Alex's posts were easier to read, but this one is worth the effort. The two things I think will be "killer apps" for the semantic web are (1) an app that allows for data portability and (2) an easily queried database with structured data. As always, both are tricky, but I am very interested in seeing what approaches people take. -- KM
