I should begin by stating that I'm not an SEO.
I have, however, spent the past few years studying SEO, and have worked on web projects with SEOs before. So I'm quite familiar with communicating about SEO.
How will SEO be affected by the 2.0 revolution? This mini-series will attempt to answer that question in three posts:
1. Attention vs. Content: What to Invest in? Here we'll look at the broad context of how SEO strategy should be formulated in web 2.0.
2. Community Building. We know the future, folks; as
the mythology of web 2.0 tells us, the world of web 2.0 will be ruled by networks of community-oriented bloggers that build niche web portals following an infomediary business model. In this post we'll explore what that means from an SEO perspective.
3. Duplicate content in web 2.0. What happens to the duplicate content issue when property rights disappear?
Lastly we'll conclude with links to some
resources for quality SEO information.
