Announcing the ActoHero Initiation Program (BETA)

As we've stated before, the ActoNetwork exists to make the myth of web 2.0 come true. We are here to fulfill the prophecy.

With this in mind I introduce the ActoHero Initiation Program -- a set of guidelines by which individuals can setup their own ActoCommunities -- communities that help bloggers reconstruct the web into a meaningful message. The end goal, of course, would be to unite these ActoCommunities into a single ActoUniverse -- a world dedicated to helping people learn, so that they can possess the knowledge that will give them power and the truth that will set them free.

It is also a way to get advertising revenue (100% of revenue is given to the ActoBlogger that creates the ActoCommunity), and to build a site that is designed to effectively participate in the social web.

The offer is undeniably far from perfect; consider it a work in progress, one that you can help shape if you are so inclined. If you are interested but are unsure of something, or have some needs that you would like to see this venture meet, feel free to share your ideas as well.

Two words on the ActoNetwork's business strategy: peer production. The secret to the future is always in finding a new and improved way to do the same old crap. In our current times, the secret to the future is in finding how to use peer production to lower the cost of production of everything. As such, the ActoNetwork seeks to use peer production to create reconstruction-based communities to help people learn.

I'll be elaborating on the ActoNetwork plot to use peer production to create a new world order as I announce more initiatives in the ActoNetwork quest to free humanity using the power of knowledge and truth.
