Just like consumers want one place to aggregrate all their crap (i.e. the Tumblr value proposition), employees need all their work stuff aggregated into a single box. Until that happens, I think CRM implementation is going to be painful -- and, like this article suggests, user adoption will be the primary obstacle. -- KM
