Why Are Founders and Execs Leaving Second Tier Social Networks?

There is still a ton of room in the social networking market, but a disruptive approach needs to be taken. Or to put it another way, an approach that commoditizes something needs to be taken. This is why I'm a big fan of anything that exploits that social networks are a commodity -- stuff like Ning, KickApps, Crowdvine, and of course, our very own Kid Mercury's World. -- KM
