Threat to Digg? Facebook to let users vote on news feed

A new voting feature, currently being tested by Facebook employees, lets you vote items in your news feed up or down. Right now, it's being used to make your news feed items more relevant -- but the same data could be used to make a Digg clone. And Facebook has 50 million active users.
