i don't feel i have a problem structuring my communication. though my communication does tend to be very structured; i always make outlines when i am writing stuff, and the fundamental idea behind the business model i am working on is to reorganize information on the web via the creation of niche communities. if anything i would think i am overly structured. i always thought of this as a manifestation of my stellium in virgo, particularly mercury in virgo. though now that you mention it i can see how a third house capricorn could symbolize it as well.
the second part you mentioned about feeling restricted in communication certainly rings true. though i always feel restricted, and never feel like i fit in, or can communicate in accordance with social norms -- i think this blog reflects that.
though i interpreted this as an expression of the 11th house stellium (particularly mercury in the 11th regarding communication), as well as uranus in the first.
those were good questions. you got me thinking!
